さあさあ (saa saa) means “come on” or “here we go“.
The interjection is an energetic, lively way to call attention, encourage action, or hype up a situtation.
It’s often used in performances, festivals, or anime/manga when someone is about to start something exciting or dramatic or when urging someone to get moving.

- 来る (dictionary form)
- 来た (past tense 〜た)
- 来ます (polite present ~ます)
- 来ました (polite past tense ~ました)
It is commonly used to describe someone or something that has come or arrived at a place or event.
Here in Naoya’s sentence, it also carries the nuance of something finally starting or happening.
